Dumplings making workshops
Dumplings making workshops combined with a presentation about traditional polish kitchen and its interesting facts. The final part of the workshop would be the consumption of the participants’ own made dumplings. The session would last about 2 hours.and it will be hosting between 12-2pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. The cost of 120 PLN per person. This workshop would be perfect for groups between 10-30.
Different times, dates and bigger groups would of course be available.
"Poland unconvential country"
“Unobvious Poland ” an active screen presentation contains unknown, therefore very interesting facts about the country’s history, its people and cuisine that can not be found in any guidebook. We would share facts about Europe and Poland in 15th century, famous poles, Warsaw and it’s buildings during 2nd W/W, geese horseshoeing and many more.The presentation would last for 30min, it will be run on Tuesdays and Fridays every week from 5:30pm, tea, coffee and dessert will be served during the seance. The ticket cost – 70 PLN per person.
Traditional Polish kitchen food tasting
Traditional Polish kitchen food tasting with regional specials such as koryciński, ‘oscypek’ and greater Poland grilled cheeses, wide selection of smoked sausages made from beef, pork and geese meats. In addition there will be an alcohol tasting with 2 different vodkas, fruit liquers, fruit wines and meads. During the session we would share our knowledge about polish cuisine and its origin.
